Minutes: The Honorable William Wilkes, Circuit Court Judge, administered the Oath of Office to Janice Kerekes, newly elected Board member for District 1.
3. Stephanie Van Zant, District 3
Minutes: The Honorable William Wilkes, Circuit Court Judge, administered the Oath of Office to Stephanie Van Zant, newly appointed Board member for District 3.
4. Lisa Graham, District 5
